On this site you will find information about fitness ranging from supplements, effective exercise routines, periodization, training methods, proper form for exercises, and more. The information I post to this site will include references, passages, quotes, etc from sources such as The Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding, articles and chapters published from Charles Poloquin, Chris Thibodeau, Bodybuilding.com, T-Nation and other sources.

 

I will share with you some of the things I’ve learned through trial and error and research. I am not a licensed trainer nor have I been involved in any competitions…yet.

 

I’ve created this site to share my experiences and useful information. I’d love to hear from people about anything that will help myself and others in their fitness journey.

 

I am an average guy, 38 years old, single father of four children (two teenagers and two toddlers), I work a full-time job and keep myself buys with with side hobbies and jobs much like many of you. The struggle to find time for fitness couldn’t be more real! Where do we find time in the day to do this?! I’ll explain my approach and get pretty candid and honest.
